During the summer of this year, I was really at a low point and afraid I would never be back to my former self. Jennifer, our paths crossing was one of the best things that has ever happened to me. During our coaching sessions, together, we were able to build my self-confidence enough to for me to believe I could get better.

With your guidance, I have been able to provide care for myself, acknowledging my own needs and not feeling guilty about that. You have helped me say “no” when I’m asked to commit to things that take too much from my energy reserve.
